I shot a trash the dress session yesterday in an abandoned barn about 45 minutes outside of Chicago. Here’s a quick teaser of this AMAZING trash the dress!!!

This weekend I had the pleasure of shooting Janakie & Jessi’s wedding ceremonies - a Sri Lankan ceremony on Friday, a western ceremony on Saturday. Both were amazing events!
More photos from the wedding coming soon but I just had to share one of my favorites!

Erica and Brandon are one of the most beautiful couples I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Â Beyond their looks, they are an extraordinary couple exemplifying true love.

We are SO excited to be a part of the Wedding Chicks family! Â I wanted to start posting some of the fabulous real weddings that our talented wedding professionals at my Kate Parker Wedding have been uploading. Â This adorable wedding from CT wedding planner, Sixpence for your Shoe really spoke to me this afternoon. Â I love how well it represents the classic New England look and feel so many of my clients have asked for in the past. Take a look at a few of the photos and be sure to visit my Kate Parker Wedding for the full wedding!
Kate Parker- will sign KP after this initial introductory post :)
What a creative way to display your place cards! Â Love how the granite boulders really help the yellow ribbons pop.
This is the best image to show the feel of a classic New England wedding-a seersucker knicker suit? Adorable…
I think the combination of yellow and navy blue is so striking and nautical without being overly-nautical. Â I also really like the pattern detail on the table numbers.
Of course, with many New England weddings, clients look for special vintage antiques to complete their designs.

super cute! welcome to the wc family! (:
