Sarah and Ben were married on her parents farm in Molalla, Oregon. They surrounded themselves with close friends and family and celebrated their love on a perfect summer day. All of the food and decorative details (including their yummy wedding cake!) were hand made by the bride and groom.

Enjoy their story below!

These photos were taken by Lisa Teso for Kimi Kolba. Lisa Teso is an Oregon based wedding and portrait photographer – totally willing to travel to capture your perfect day!

If you are looking for a wedding venue that is reflective of parties memorialized in the classics like The Great Gatsby- then you must consider The Kohl Mansion. A private estate built during America’s Jazz era, the Kohl Mansion can host stately and stylish indoor and outdoor celebrations .

A light and airy garden ceremony can be accented with light, bright plants and flowers. Commission your florist to create arbors with vines and flowers to define a ceremony space in the vastness of the gardens. Renting just the right style of chairs can help set the tone you desire and establish a color base for the rest of your design and decor.  The greenery of the gardens works best with a bright white, dark walnut, or a classic gold chair. I Do Venues loves introducing bright colors to pop among all the greenery. We suggest using raspberries, magenta, wines, and midnight blue, as these jewel tones build beautifully off of the colors already present in the surrounding gardens.

This gorgeous wedding was brought to I Do Venues courtesy of the amazing Andrew Weeks you can see more of this wedding and other wedding hosted at The Kohl Mansion in San Francisco Area  by visiting the I Do Venues blog.- Happy Planning

Ahhhh…it always make me happy to have the occasion to feature the photography of the lovely and skilled Karyn Iserman. This gorgeous soiree at the luxurious Daniel Island Club is a perfectly posh and delightfully chic affair. With the natural, blissfully scenic and sweeping views, this wedding is full of wedding goodness.

Just as a pre looking-at-this-post warning .. you might have an intense craving for cotton candy after viewing this amazing inspiration.  The pink colors and soft fully aesthetic reminds me of cartoon clouds, cotton candy, and has modern flair on feminine.  The peonies and roses and baby’s breathe are such classic flowers, but used simply, with this grey decor, they become modernized.  I love that.  Flowers can be versatile, not all roses have to be used in a classic way, and not all orchids have to be used in a modern way.  Depending on decor, you can evolve different looks.  The feminine soft pink colors mixed with the masculine lines and grays of the table scape makes this inspiration a great mix of colors and lines.  MMD Events did a fabulous job at creating a beautiful inspiration!  Check it out below and see more at my Kate Parker Wedding.

Oh and I almost forgot … those wedding shoes?  Totally bomb.
