Bride Sharon from Guatemala and groom Arcadio from Mexico chose to host an epic destination celebration in the Amalfi Coast for their wedding, and the entire weekend was full of dreamy details for the perfect international affair. Every moment of the day overlooking the Mediterranean at Villa la Rondinaia included “something blue” in the decor, including their florals and their China for an unforgettably striking color combo, planned with the help of Boutique Weddings and captured on film by Aberrazioni Cromatiche Studio and Alberto D’aria.

Blues and purples in the garden

Sharon and Arcadio chose an arch of blue and purple flowers for their ceremony, featuring large blue hydrangea blooms and a baby’s breath filler to create a cloud-like appearance. The colors blended seamlessly with the ocean water backdrop of the Amalfi Coastline. White petals led the way down the aisle for the bride and her father.

A striking blue centerpiece design by Flowers Living was the star of this coastal reception. Set in chinoiserie vases, bright blue hydrangeas were set against minimalist pops of pink and timeless gold flatware. Menus set at each place-setting featured a custom watercolor of the venue and the Amalfi Coast.

Sharon and Arcadio opted for a traditional millefoglie to cut into and share with their guests. As night fell, guests danced the night away, enjoying the sunset and ultimate nightfall on the coast.
