The Welcome Party

Hannah’s and Gabriel’s wedding weekend at Castello di Petrata was a vibrant celebration of love, joy, and the timeless beauty of Italy. The couple kicked off the festivities with a relaxed sunset gathering featuring a live pizza oven, where guests enjoyed the convivial atmosphere and traditional Italian food. To add a personal touch, a “fill-your-own” welcome gift station offered guests a selection of Italian treats, including Spritz, Limoncello, and other local specialties, setting the perfect tone for the weekend ahead.

The Vibe: Italian Fairytale

Designed and planned by VB Events, the wedding day was a true reflection of the couple’s vision for a colorful, family-centered celebration. They exchanged vows in a traditional Assisi church, surrounded by their loved ones, followed by a lively and vibrant reception at Castello di Petrata. The floral arrangements by Sartoria Floreale, bursting with shades of pink, lilac, purple, and deep burgundy, beautifully complemented the lush greenery and natural beauty of the venue, creating an unforgettable, whimsical atmosphere.

The Fashion

The bride wore a stunning off-the-shoulder ballgown with a sculpted bodice and generously cut train. She accessorized the look with a mantilla-style veil, lace Dior pumps, and pearl drop earrings. The groom also went timeless with his look, sporting a classic black tuxedo.

The First Dance

A romantic first dance at sunset, accompanied by an Italian duo singing classic songs, added to the magic of the evening. Guests danced late into the night, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
A Traditional Italian Dessert

In true Italian fashion, there was a pastry chef on-site providing live entertainment for the guests and, of course, a delicious finale to the day.
