The Vision: Tuscan Romance

Set in the heart of Florence, this romantic destination wedding photographed by Yana Korn was nothing short of a floral fairytale come to life. With sweeping views over the Tuscan hills, the celebration took place at the stunning Villa Medicea di Lilliano—a historic venue that feels like it was made for moments like these. Traveling from the United States, the couple chose Florence as a meaningful nod to the bride’s Italian roots, turning their wedding—with the help of Maison di Eventi—into a beautiful blend of heritage, love, and destination magic. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the day felt intimate, joyful, and filled with heartfelt emotions at every turn. The design embraced a soft, romantic floral vision, with lush blooms from Lilla Florals overflowing in the most effortless way. Think delicate textures, dreamy color palettes, and a setting that felt both elevated and completely natural. Every corner was filled with beauty, yet nothing felt overdone—just perfectly in harmony with the Tuscan landscape.

Getting Ready

Instead of the typical lace bridal robe, this bride slipped into a silky polka-dot midi dress that served some Roman Holiday vibes. With her bridesmaids by her side, clad in eyelet lace pajama sets, they prepared for the day ahead.

The Fashion

For the black-tie affair, the bride selected a sculpted lace ballgown with an intricately corseted bodice. She accessorized the look with a mantilla-style veil and long, loose waves pulled back in a half-up, half-down look. Her bridesmaids wore a mix of blush dresses in flowy fabrics that perfectly complemented the palette for the day. The groom and groomsmen went timeless in a classic black tuxedo with gold cufflinks and matching buttons.

A Traditional Italian Wedding Cake

In true Italian style, the couple put the finishing touches on a classic millefoglie. We love an interactive dessert moment!
