This 54k Wedding is Filled with Lavender and Gold

Circle ceremony backdrop

The picturesque location of High Hill Farm in Texas was the backdrop for Christina and Jarrod's romantic and natural outdoor wedding. Kristal Childs brought the bride's style vision to life with pops of gold, shades of lavender and beautiful florals throughout with added masculine touches of wood and antler.

It’s one stylish affair you can’t miss, including both the stunning sweetheart and cake tables! Read on about the style + budget breakdown of this day below, and find more pin-worthy moments from Erica Mae Photography in the photo gallery.

Exude happiness and love

From Kristal Childs: As a wedding stylist, I work hard to bring the bride and groom's style and story to life, and to create a beautiful and cohesive experience for the guests. My goal is to inject every event I style with custom elements and perfect details. When Christina came to me to design her wedding, I knew it would be a stunner! She and her fiancé Jarrod effortlessly exude happiness and love, and portraying that was my number one priority!

Custom details that matter

Christina and Jarrod even gave beautiful succulents to their guests as a thank-you favor for celebrating the day with them. Throughout the wedding design, I used custom signage to direct and inform the guests. Little details like this matter and are very easy to implement if designed in advance.

GOLD AND LAVENDER

I used Christina's love of gold and lavender in the florals and glassware, and I used masculine elements for Jarrod like the wooden herringbone wall and antlers. While design details like the wreath backdrop, custom seating chart and lounge area in the tent aren't considered a necessity by some brides, I believe it's exactly these elements that set a wedding apart from the average event and make the guests feel welcome and comfortable.
