I can’t be the only one who gets huge 😍 every time I see a bridesmaid in blue. Especially since the world has gone a little dark as of late, blue fashion has a way of lightening things up - plus, it’s a solid choice for brides who might want to pass the #somethingblue tradition onto their poshly-dressed posse.
The color is exceptionally evergreen and can work for any season (it’s the only true alternative to black, if you ask us). Whether you want to go with a slate-leaning or French blue iteration for spring or summer, drop into something dusky or even powdery blue pastel for fall (the runways for fall 2020 were replete with lighter blue looks), and then chill out with a navy or jewel tone interpretation for winter, you have an incredible spectrum of shades to choose from. Lots of opportunity to mix and match and ombre TF out of your I Do crew - in all the good ways, of course.

As we’ve coasted into week nine of quarantine, we’re guessing that pretty much everyone is daydreaming about islands flanked by crystal blue waters and icy blue skies with zero clouds in sight. So, why not lust after some kindred color for your bridal squad. We’ve tapped some of our favorite bridesmaid dress brands for all their newest nuptials fashion in blue, and we’re feeling totally inspired.
Before we round up the best of this beautiful color palette, we thought it’d be smart to touch on a few reasons why blue is a year-round👌 for the whole crew. Advice straight from Jenny Yoo, a brand that is no stranger to the hype-worthy hue...
