Other than a fab cocktail and maybe a great engagement session, there’s really nothing we love more about autumn than mixing up our hair game. That fresh feeling we get when we step out of the salon, flip down our sunnies and run our fingers through the new ‘do is easily better than sex. Sorry, guys, it is what it is; we wouldn’t blame you if you said so, too!
Lately, we’ve been double-tapping a lot of lobs, blunt, collar-bone-length beauties, piecey pixies, extra-long, pin-straight strands, relaxed, tousled tresses (with middle parts), soft, and bouncy bobs. Also. Bangs. Messy, super-manicured, thick, thin, we’re just all about the bang, in any way it comes.
It literally pains us not to have celeb hair superheroes, like @jennychohair or @gregoryrussellhair, on speed dial, but we can live vicariously through all the magic they work on some of the highest-paid manes out there. Just from hopping Insta feeds, Halston Sage (current obsession, my husband is watching The Orville), Lily Collins, Emma Roberts and Jenna Dewan Tatum are always among the faves, we’re getting major inspiration.
Until we become wizards with scissors – still haven’t figured out a hack for that – we’re taking cues from the coiffs we’ve caught online and giving our hair girls a game plan. Swipe through for some of our most-loved-up looks. 👉
