A Day Of Details
Every detail was thought through and with an A-list team of vendors we made sure that Ashley and Yun had the day that they envisioned. The ceremony & reception took place in the Gold Room with an epic flip during cocktail hour. You really see what your team is made of when you have one hour to turn your gorgeous ceremony into an all-new reception space for 200 guests.
Her details included stunning flowers from Amy Burke Designs (honestly, show-stopping centerpieces and ceremony flowers!), acrylic place cards, a creamy white dance floor, gold chairs to match the gold room from The Chiavari Guys, and an unforgettable dance party courtesy of Dart DJ. Their wedding day held so many sweet moments between family and friends as they celebrate Ashley & Yun.
Wedding Advice
Definitely, practice the ceremony with the officiant doing his/her full speech without interruptions. This will help you to gauge whether it’s too long or too short. We practiced ours with questions and comments throughout, so on the day of the ceremony was way shorter than we anticipated!
I wouldn’t say anything went wrong, but it’s definitely normal for little things to happen not the way you planned them to. For example, we had signs for cocktail hour and during our first look the wind blew and I heard the sign fall and shatter. It could have been worse but little things like that really don’t matter the day of. Also, it helped that we had another sign on hand.
