SJP Just Launched a Bridal Collection With Gilt
Brides. We couldn’t be anyyyy more excited to fill you in on our newest obsession: the GILT X SJP bridal collection. Yes, you know what those three letters mean - Sarah Jessica Parker. And she justttt (as in today) launched this limited-time-only kick-ass collab with the e-comm style experts at Gilt. So, if you’ve ever wanted to rock your own Carrie-style couture for the big day, you best get on it; once it’s gone, it’s gone forever…. Until a second season comes along, that is 🤞🤞🤞
The official campaign kick off happened last night in NYC, and the photos we’ve peeped from the who’s-who in the fashion world all paint a picture of a truly unreal occasion. Here are a few… so you can go ahead and get your stalk on: #giltxsjp
A quick rundown on the capsule:
The SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker Bridal collection marks the brand’s foray into the bridal ready-to-wear category, and we’re pretty positive it’s going to make a huge impression on today’s modern and untraditional bride. Comprised of 10 styles that were designed to outfit a bride from her engagement party through to her wedding day, the range is all-inclusive and versatile, all while feeling carefully-composed and full circle. And yes, it’s all bridal, but everything is meant to be wearable long after the wedding. That was SJP’s contingency when she was first approached by Gilt.
In her own words to WWD, Parker shared that “the intent is they should be usable outside of that special occasion. Whether you’re the person walking down the aisle, or you’re attending, these are all pieces that should be relevant in your closet.” And while there are certainly some pieces that are especially wedding-worthy, “there’s no law saying they’re not appropriate for many other important occasions, as well.”
And she’s not lying… c’mon. How freakin cute are these white, black, blush, grey, blue and poppy fashions? Quite a few of them throw wayyyy back to certain iconic Carrie B choices, but the brides who wear them don’t need to be curly OR blonde to make them magical.

I’m obsessed with the Bowback Dress, which SJP says is so special. “We worked so hard on the fit, the neckline, perfecting the flounce of the skirt and getting the proportions of the bow just right.”
Thinking I’ll be asking my sister if I can wear this in Poppy for her bridal shower this summer… it’s too good to pass up.
Besides the SATC-chic status, what’s more to love?
Well beyond the jumpsuit and Teatro skirt (that I haven’t been able to take my eyes off of), the collection is incredibly affordable - ranging in price from $295 to $2,395 - and fairly size conscious - bodysuits from extra small to large and everything else 0 to 14.
