Rita Vinieris debuted her 2019 RIVINI Spring Collection in NYC. Need I even remind you, as I'm sure you've probably caught on that almost every collection was recently debuted in New York. Word on the street is that Rita created a super inspiring art-like presentation that left guests ultra inspired when they departed Lightbox Studios in lower Manhattan. Taking her cue from the current #MeToo movement (Ok legit, this part confuses me.), Rita set out to deliver exactly what today’s modern and empowered woman wants in a wedding dress. Confidence, elegance, beauty and vitality. Well, I guess I want those things too.
"The Spring 2019 collection is all about acceptance and empowerment. From the unique laces and strong confident, simple gowns to the substantial, edgy bearded harnesses, I wanted to feel courageous and empowered!”
I understand that she didn't go the 'Royal' route, but I'm smh a little about this inspiration as a true source. Sometimes you have to find a source of inspo just to tell the press even if you don't have one in specific. Luckily the gowns are completely f***ing awesome. So she wins.
These flutter sleeves are really delicate and this dress would be perfect for a beach or garden wedding.
Imagine this pink dress with the perfect bouquet, a pretty soft hair style and a SMILE. It would be even more amazing.
The appliqué on this dress is stunning.
I'm really liking these dramatic off-the-shoulder sleeves.
