Stefanie and Michael’s wedding day was a true depiction of their mix of cultures, heritage, love for color and personal style. Michael coming from Moroccan and Jewish background, and Stefanie from Greek we aimed to incorporate their love for pattern and family into every aspect of their wedding day. They are an adventurous, spontaneously in love couple that met over seas in Spain and their love story expands with the same excitement now as it did on that day.
the colorful design
From their ceremony processional door sourced directly from India, hand strung floral detailing, eclectic color palate, handmade macrame accents including a band backdrop, and place settings, this wedding is personality driven from head to toe. The design was focused around Stefanie’s late mothers love for teal meshed with their high class bohemian personas. The glass gold leaf and teal charger plates made and named after her mother is just one of the refined details that will forever be remembered.
the fashion
Stefanie and Michael also have a love for fashion. She wore a beautiful two-piece Hayley Paige gown with a stunning skirt for the ceremony, that she later removed to surprise Michael with a fully beaded look for the reception. She then changed yet again into a fitted white jumpsuit with a hand-lettered leather jacket that traveled with them later to their European honeymoon. These two and their wedding day are a story to be shared with the world that will inspire those color loving couples for years to come.
