This bride’s smile and happiness is infectious at her garden wedding

Bride and groom Grace and Derek are two of the kindest, most bubbly people who radiate positive energy. When it came to designing their modern, romantic, and garden-inspired wedding at Park Winters, the only design inspiration they asked for from their planner was “if Monet were to paint a wedding.” Curated by Grace + White was able to help this couple create that day, and more!

Keep scrolling to see how that vision was brought together through photos courtesy of Willow & Ben Photography, featuring floral artistry by Dixon Florist, catering by Roline's Uniquely Filipino, and the prettiest custom stationery and signage by Fig + Olive. The first focus for designing a Monet-inspired wedding was the gorgeous color palette

To accomplish the couple's Monet-inspired request, Curated by Grace + White kept most of the design elements simple, clean and modern to truly let the colors shine. They chose a color palette of warm peaches, bright corals, and delicate pinks with touches of sage and dusty blue. This particular color palette was absolutely stunning against the lovely Park Winters country estate backdrop.

The groom used his graphic design background to curate and customize each paper item

The groom Derek, a graphic designer by day, curated each paper item for the wedding. We worked closely with Fig + Olive Designs to match the statement pieces to their paper suite. These personal touches were one of the things that everyone loved about this special day.

The seating chart was a sweet ode to the dating app they met on!

The couple's seating chart was a wall with shelving that displayed tiny jars of honey - an ode to Bumble, which is how they met! On each place setting the bride & groom had personalized handwritten notes to each of their guests on stationery designed by the groom. For cocktail hour they served a Halo-Halo bar, and dinner included a roast lechon, courtesy of Roline's Uniquely Filipino, as an ode to Grace’s Filipino culture. What was the wedding planner's favorite personal touch? The bride and groom gifted each bridesmaid and groomsmen their favorite shoes to dance in!
