Happy December everyone! Elissa and Tommy were engaged over Christmas and so thought it only appropriate to say “I do” during the same season.

Last Christmas
Elissa and Tommy’s vision for a romantic, candlelit ceremony surrounded by loved ones came to life last December. After their Christmas morning engagement the year before, they knew the holidays were exactly when they wanted to become husband and wife! From the seasonal florals to the pinecone cake toppers to the snowy mist at the end of the night, the day was a perfect reflection of their personalities with a nod to the holiday.
I especially loved how intentional this wedding was. Having met at a bar in 2016 (Elissa was bartending, Tommy her patron), they chose to have their First Look and portraits at rooftop bar Devereaux. Elissa stunned in her Sarah Seven gown, and Tommy and his groomsmen rocked Christmas socks. One highlight was Tommy’s welcome speech, a declaration of love to Elissa referencing the longest night of the year. He put on sunglasses to toast their guests, proclaiming that the days were getting longer and brighter with her in it. It was such a memorable moment!
Champagne and cocktails flowed throughout the night, and the Bluewater Kings kept the party going strong. From the Santa hats to the guest live performance by Tommy’s dad, I’d say they had a Very Married Christmas indeed!
