Sabrina and Aman’s story began in 2018 while studying abroad in Canada. Enrolled in the same exchange program, they quickly fell in love and committed to a long-distance relationship that would span several years and continents. Their dedication to one another eventually brought Sabrina to Canada permanently in 2021, marking the beginning of a new chapter together.
A few years later, while vacationing in Costa Rica, Aman proposed on an observation platform overlooking the breathtaking Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna. Surrounded by natural beauty and unforgettable views, the proposal perfectly reflected the adventurous spirit that has defined their relationship from the beginning.
When it came time to plan their wedding with Peach Perfect Weddings, Sabrina and Aman envisioned a celebration that honored both of their backgrounds while creating meaningful opportunities for loved ones from around the world to connect. Their multi-day multicultural wedding captured by Albert Pamies beautifully blended Indian and German traditions, creating an immersive wedding weekend centered on family, culture, and joy.

Intimate destination wedding guest list
With an intentionally intimate guest count, friends and family traveled from across the globe to celebrate alongside the couple. The wedding setting featured sweeping hillside views, elegant fountains surrounding a pool, and a naturally beautiful landscape that created an inviting backdrop for each event. The intimate guest experience allowed everyone to spend meaningful time together while fully participating in the wedding weekend festivities.

The wedding weekend itinerary
The festivities unfolded over several thoughtfully curated days, each designed to highlight a different aspect of the couple’s heritage and shared experiences. Rather than focusing on a single event, Sabrina and Aman created a wedding weekend that encouraged guests to immerse themselves in new traditions while celebrating alongside loved ones.

Wedding design focused on cultural details
Every aspect of the wedding reflected the joining of two families, two cultures, and two distinct traditions. From the carefully planned events to the educational ceremony guide and thoughtfully curated guest experience, Sabrina and Aman’s celebration emphasized inclusion, understanding, and connection. The design felt personal rather than performative, allowing cultural traditions to take center stage while creating an atmosphere that welcomed every guest into the experience.

A Spanish-inspired welcome celebration
The wedding weekend began with a lively pre-wedding gathering inspired by Spanish culture. Guests enjoyed flamenco performances, traditional paella, and sangria while mingling and getting to know one another before the wedding festivities officially began. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged conversation and connection, setting the tone for the days ahead.

Multicultural bride & groom fashion
Throughout the wedding celebrations, Sabrina and Aman showcased three distinct wedding looks that reflected the multicultural nature of the weekend.

Traditional Indian wedding attire honored one side of their heritage, while a classic Western white wedding dress and tuxedo provided an elegant transition for the reception celebration. Each look felt intentional and representative of the different cultural influences woven throughout the wedding weekend.

The wardrobe changes added another layer of storytelling while allowing the couple to celebrate multiple traditions in a way that felt authentic to them.

Detail we love: ceremony brochures
One of the most meaningful aspects of the celebration was the Hindu wedding ceremony. Recognizing that many guests would be experiencing these traditions for the first time, Sabrina and Aman thoughtfully created a detailed ceremony brochure explaining the significance behind each ritual and cultural element.

This intentional gesture allowed everyone in attendance to feel connected to the ceremony and gain a deeper understanding of the traditions being honored. The result was a meaningful and inclusive experience that reflected the couple’s commitment to bringing their families and cultures together.

Detail we love: interactive guest experiences
Creating opportunities for guests to connect was one of the couple’s highest priorities. In addition to live musicians who brought energy and joy to the celebrations, friends organized interactive games throughout the weekend. One of the most memorable activities was a Polaroid scavenger-style challenge that encouraged guests to complete specific tasks and interact with people they may not have known before. The games quickly became conversation starters and helped foster a sense of community.

A German coffee & cake tradition
The wedding festivities concluded with a beloved German tradition: coffee and cake. The gathering provided a relaxed and meaningful ending to a weekend filled with celebration, allowing guests to spend additional time together while honoring another important aspect of the couple’s cultural heritage.

From the Spanish-inspired welcome gathering and meaningful Hindu wedding ceremony to the German coffee-and-cake tradition, every event reflected Sabrina and Aman’s commitment to honoring their backgrounds while creating unforgettable memories. The result was a wedding that felt joyful, educational, welcoming, and deeply personal.
