Metro Detroit Wedding: Green, Champagne, Plum with Italian & Polish Traditions

Share

This past weekend I finally had a chance to make dream come true for my wonderful clients. Their colors that we all decided on were: green, champagne and plum. Everything had a lot of crystals and diamonds. In the reception hall, we had amber lighting that added extra ambiance. Flowers were, hydrangeas, two type of roses, spray roses, bells of ireland, snapdragons, and lots of tulips. In our bride’s bouquet there were lots of roses, freesias and lisianthus. It was over all a wonderful Metro Detroit wedding that combined both Italian and Polish traditions. Notice the little vodka bottles that were given out as favors for all the guests. “Na zdrowie” means “For good health” which is very similar to “Cheers”. Wedding ceremony took place in the tallest and probably the biggest Polish Cathedra in Metro Detroit, St. Florian.
