Their big day featured luxury glamping, gourmet bites, and goat yoga in a weekend of wedding festivities. Their wedding was stunningly curated while still including holistic aspects!

Getting ready with goat yoga
Before their ceremony day Giovanna and Josh got to enjoy goat yoga with their wedding guests that stayed on the property. Gilbertsville Farmhouse is known for being non-traditional, unique and fun. Set on scenic farmland, the space included activities like boating, goat yoga, tractor rides, and upscale glamping. How cute and quirky is this venue!
It was the biggest surprise of Giovanna's life when Josh proposed on a trip to Colorado! The couple originally met at a friend’s going away party and were able to stay connected and together despite living far apart.

Seeing pink with these bridesmaid's dresses
Giovanna's bridal party wore a variety of magenta and pink hue dresses, with their own unique style and cut. We love the combination of this blended color palette!
The pairing of Giovanna's bridesmaids' pink palette dresses with Josh's groomsmen's navy and suspender ensemble is both bold and bohemian. The dresses can be found at Brides By The Falls.
Scenic farmland wedding ceremony
Can you believe that this dreamy farmland is not in the the midwest, but actually located in New York?! This couple's rustic backdrop was paired perfectly with their colorful bohemian design. Their gorgeous and vibrant wedding design was created by Heart Of It All Events.
The rolling hills in the distance made a dreamy backdrop for the couple’s vividly colored ceremony with an on-trend magenta aisle and bold florals. The vibrant and lush flowers seen throughout the wedding were created by Fern and Fawn, a local New York floral designer.
Their advice is something every couple could use as a reminder - "Just have fun! Seriously. No matter how hard you try, something isn’t going to be exactly how you thought, but it truly doesn’t matter! Eat! Dance! Laugh! Just enjoy every moment and soak it in.”

Colorful cocktail hour & reception
The rustic wood-walled, red barn served as an authentic venue for Giovanna and Josh's cocktail hour and reception. Rentals for the event came from Party Rental Ltd, Morris Tent Rentals, and Brown Built Rentals. From the photographer, Stories By Victoria:
"The reception included playful neon signs and dramatic balloon archways for photo ops. Highlights for the couple were their beer truck, airstream photo booth, and the live band."
This beer truck is called Tap Truck Saratoga - we love their vintage style!
The newlyweds made this custom seating chart based on their love of travel and their long distance love story.
The delicious catering for the wedding weekend was done by the venue, Gilbertsville Farmhouse. The farmhouse prides themselves in their authentic farm to table dining experiences; they home-make their own rubs, marinades, sauces, creams & jams, offering a truly gourmet experience.
This elegant floral wedding cake was made by The Mockingbird Bakery - it looks almost too pretty to eat!
