The Groom Handmade The Rings For This Vibrant Boho Wedding
We have to say, this couple has the bravest DIY endeavor we've ever seen...the groom handmade the rings! We've heard of DIY flowers, DIY escort cards, but rings–this is a first. And they're absolutely stunning! This nature-loving duo knew that they wanted a boho outdoor wedding, but they wanted to put a colorful spin on it. Boho doesn't have to mean neutral earthy tones. Mother nature has a ton of colors up her sleeve and this couple decided to go with a hot pink color palette for their summer wedding in Utah!
They trusted Hoopes Events to help them bring their vision of a fun laid-back celebration to life. Artisan Bloom did a lovely job with these floral arrangments (including the bride's epic flower crown) that truly carry the color palette and the theme for the entire wedding. We love the way the bright colors pop against the natural green backdrop of 4u Ranch Venue and the natural wooden barn. A VIBRANT LANDSCAPE
Morgan and Matt’s love story is built around nature, having met for the first time while waiting for a ski shuttle. And as nature lovers, Morgan and Matt got engaged at sunset, just after a mountain bike ride in the dreamy landscapes of Moab, Utah. The inspiration for their wedding came from natural landscapes, whimsical details, and togetherness with their nearest and dearest. Morgan was a boho bride’s dream, wearing a bell-sleeved lace gown by Rue De Seine. Her best friend did her hair, a half-up bun with a ring of fresh flowers. To add a pop of color to the Utah landscape, they chose vibrant florals and pink dresses for the bridesmaids.
KEEP THE GOOD VIBES ROLLING
Music was an important element for the couple, with drums playing during the ceremony and a steel drum band for the cocktail hour. To make the ceremony even more special, Matt handmade both of their wedding rings. The barn reception continued the boho ranch vibes. Greenery decked beams made a show-stopping statement while the feather and wood details of the place settings gave a rustic touch. The night ended with emotional toasts and dancing late into the night. Remember to stay present, have fun, and keep the guest list special.
