Empress Hotel Elopement: Pamela & Stephen’s Victoria Wedding

In late April, Pamela and Stephen got married at the Empress Hotel in Victoria. They brought along Pamela’s sister and Stephen’s best friend to share in their special day.  The Empress does an amazing job with their elopment packages, with gorgeous flowers and a super sweet cake, not to mention the stunning setting.
