Elegant and Contemporary Private Country Club Wedding

Elegant country club wedding in the heart of LA

Did you know you can get married in a pine forest in the heart of Los Angeles? We didn’t either! This private country club in Beverly Hills literally has it all, and this bride wanted both a contemporary and outdoor nature vibe for her big day.

From the outdoor pine forest ceremony to the chic patio reception in white, green and rose gold, her day was beautifully styled by LB Event Planning + Design to reflect her wedding vision perfectly. Our fave element? The modern seating chart, which matched the design on their invites! Max + Friends was behind the lens and captured this day to perfection, so you’ll definitely want to check out the full gallery after!

Pine forest ceremony in LA

From the bride: The most important thing for me about my wedding was that I wanted it to be outside surrounded by nature. We ended up going with a location in the heart of LA, but being on the golf course allowed us to have a great outdoor ceremony venue in a pine forest. While we couldn’t have the dancing outside, we brought in trees to the ballroom and strung lights across the ceiling which gave it that outdoor feel.

Contemporary and timeless design

I was going for something timeless but also contemporary. We accomplished this by having a soft color palette with lots of white, green and cement grey and introducing the more modern/contemporary style with pops of rose gold accents. I also wanted the style to be somewhat romantic and the florals really helped achieve that with a whimsical garland at the ceremony and the beautiful centerpieces at the reception that were primarily white.

don’t sweat the small stuff

Don’t sweat the small stuff that no one will remember, like invitations for example. Think about the photography, the photos will last forever so think about how things will look in photos to help you make decisions.

Congrats to the newlyweds!
