Documentary Style Wedding Photographs -the 100 Year Comparison

Great pictures are perpetually iconic. On the left is a recent picture I took on a job on destination wedding photography job on the Asian continent -I am based in New York, but travel worldwide.  The picture on the right is a random 1920’s American image I found while looking for inspiration. The similarities are thrilling!
First, let’s look at the differences:
•2 different continents
•2 different centuries
•2 different brides, both on the brink of blissProperly done documentary-style wedding photography never loses relevancy. Your wedding pictures should have the staying power of any other well made art form.  If this comparison doesn’t prove it, I don’t know what does.
