The Proposal

Wan Ting’s and Keefe’s journey to “I do” began with an unforgettable moment in Jeju, Korea. While on holiday with close friends in 2024, Keefe asked to stop the car along a quiet coastal road. With the ocean beside them and wildflowers swaying in the breeze, he knelt on one knee and proposed. Their friends, secretly in on the plan, captured the entire moment from a distance, making it even more special.
The Destination: Tirtha Bali

For their wedding, the couple chose Bali for its intimacy and relaxed beauty. In July 2025, they returned to celebrate at Tirtha with 95 of their closest family and friends. “Weddings in Singapore tend to be huge,” Wan Ting says. “In Bali, it feels more personal and meaningful.”

The Vibe: Ethereal

Planned and designed by the talented team at Hanamizuki by Tirtha, what made the day unique were the thoughtful details: orchids honoring Wan Ting’s Singaporean roots, handwritten notes for every guest, personalized favors, and a surprise fireworks and lion dance performance.

The Fashion

The bridal look reflected timeless romance. Wan Ting wore an elegant gown paired with soft, glowing makeup and a classic hairstyle, while the groom and groomsmen kept their style refined and modern. Bridesmaids in gentle blush tones perfectly complemented the décor.

The Favors

You know we love a favor that the guests will actually use—but there are bonus points for favors that guests can use right then and there. And, by the looks of these reception photos, the cheeky heart-shaped sunnies were a hit, and so were the stunning pearl-encrusted fans! The couple also went one step further and wrote a personalized message to each and every one of their guests to show them how much it meant to have them there at their wedding.

The Cake

Swathed in tulle and satin, and surrounded by clouds of pastel roses, sat an elegant, two-tiered wedding cake. The couple shared this, along with a delicious array of local desserts, with their guests as the perfect end to the perfect day.
Trending: Projections

Before the couple made their grand entrance, a slideshow story of their life was projected on the dramatically draped wall—images frozen in time that had led them to this very moment. We’re seeing more and more couples going all-in on this trend, and we absolutely love the idea! And what better keepsake from your wedding than a slideshow like this that you can cherish and look back on forever?! But get the tissues ready, because there won’t be a dry eye in the house…
The Entertainment

When it was time to really get the party started, live performers surprised everyone with a traditional Lion Dance.
