An Alhambra, CA Engagement | Ayisha + Mike

Share

Couple framed by the word love in a park setting

Ayisha and Michael met 7 years ago at a college graduation for a school that Michael was working at. She had seen his picture about a week before the graduation and told herself she was going to find him there!  They have been inseparable since and have been dating for the past 6 years.
One night Ayisha woke up to an engagement ring on her finger  and thought she was dreaming as she was still slightly asleep. She kept looking at the ring and looking at him and finally he popped the question! How romantic!!

Ayisha and Mike are now 1.5 months away from their wedding and have all the major wedding vendors in place, but they are starting to feel the stress of being close to their wedding date! They cannot wait for their intimate wedding with friends and family, lots of music and great food.
When they aren’t wedding planning, Ayisha works as a therapist/clinical social worker, and Michael works in the admissions department at a local college. I am honored to feature their engagement session that took place in July at Almansor Park in Alhambra, CA. They chose this location just outside the city of Los Angeles for its outdoor scenery and coziness. Living in LA it can get a bit stuffy being in the city environment so they wanted something that reflected being out in nature.
