Making History or should we say her-story
In North Carolina same-sex couples were able to officially be issued marriage licenses on October 13, 2014 and Amanda and Christina were one of the first couples to be married. They then decided they wanted to have a ceremony and reception later to celebrate with family and friends.
An Emotional Ceremony
They had a beautiful intimate wedding in Charlotte, NC surrounded by love ones at the McGill Rose Garden. The ceremony was so emotion filled as Christina and Amanda pledge their commitment to each other and Christina pledge her commitment to Amanda’s two little girls. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house!
