Summertime sunsets are the best! The colors and the extended magical pink and gold dusks that proceed them, it all just spells the perfect time to tye-the-knot. She couldn’t stop herself from planning the perfect destination wedding shoot while she was in Florida recently and we have to say, it was time beautifully spent!

I have fallen in love with destination weddings so I was incredibly excited to find a group of talented wedding vendors (and models!) to help me put together this beautiful wedding shoot while I was vacationing in Florida earlier this year!
Kara of KC Weddings and Events did an amazing job taking my ideas for a tropical boho wedding and bringing them to life through her attention to details from the florals to the décor and perfect location at the incredible Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island. Casa Ybel is rich with beautiful landscapes, a picturesque beach and a romantic covered patio where we ended the night once the sun went down.
Not only did we have a wonderful couple to work with, but we were so excited to have a musician join us that also stepped in as the officiant! All of these things together made for a wonderful day and it was so much fun getting to know a group of people that I can now call friends. I can’t wait for another opportunity to work with them in the gorgeous Florida sun!
