Forget the fairy godmother and glass slippers, their modern day Cinderella keeps it real in a grey lace maxi dress from Lulus (score it below!) and blue suede heels. Floral & Event Design created a gorgeous white + green bouquet that’s totally worthy of this modern fairytale. What if Cinderella fell in love, but didn’t want the lavish, over-the-top royal wedding? That’s what we envisioned for this romantic, private elopement between her and her lover. It’s a modern-day take on a tried and true classic tale. Our color scheme of gray, blue, green, white and gold set the stage for a truly soft and romantic countryside setting.

The dress was purchased from Lulus.com and featured a light grey lace, open-back gown that flowed. Cinderella’s iconic shoes were grey faux suede pumps embellished with an ivory venise lace applique from Walkin On Air.

The engagement ring from Ephemeral Jewelry features a pear cut salt and pepper natural diamond prong set in 14K yellow gold with a half-halo of pavê set 1mm salt and pepper diamonds. The center stone is a grey diamond and absolutely stunning.
