Get ready to fall into some serious puppy LOVE. This next shoot from De Joy Photography + a team of uber-talented vendors brought this modern vintage wedding inspiration together at Gardener Ranch, and then filled it with the cutest pups imaginable.
It’s true, puppies can brighten even the darkest of days. But this wedding inspiration can definitely hold it’s own. From the copper circle arch adorned with florals to the petit dessert bar, and all the blush and white elements in-between, you’ll definitely want to pin this for later. Puppy Love
From De Joy Photography: Can you remember your first kiss, or how you felt that moment your significant other proposed? How do you describe the feeling of a new love, drenched with excitement, joy, and the unknown? For De Joy Photography, nothing comes close to that feeling than holding a new puppy for the first time. Between their complete trust, borderless love, and unwavering interest in your happiness, puppies are universally able to brighten the cloudiest of days.
Modern vintage flair
We knew we wanted to provide timeless photos for inspiration so we chose mostly whites, linens, and blush. For the ceremony alter experience we constructed an 8-foot giant copper ring adorned with florals. We used all white Chiavari chairs with white and blush rose petals down the aisle. Our copper topped Lanterns gave a subtle little touch with the copper ring. The Lounge was created with a vintage Persian rug as the template for a settee covered in Natural Linen joined by 2 white linen covered chairs. To mix it up we added a wood cocktail table with 2 metal side tables to help inspire the ‘modern vintage’ flair.
Petit desserts
For this shoot, we wanted a dessert look that was fun and playful, just like the adorable couple and their sweet “Puppy Love”. Our petit dessert bars, including miniature version of tiramisu, chocolate mousse, cheesecake petit fours and French macarons were the perfect complement to the scenic views and elegant beauty of the Carmel California landscape.
