Many people don’t realize that Las Vegas has this amazing venue filled with apple trees and beautiful green areas for events and weddings. We teamed up with some amazing local vendors to make this beautiful scene come together at the Orchard. The theme is Peaches and Lace Orchard wedding with a vintage wedding look.

From Kristen Joy Photography:We wanted to have a soft natural luminous bridal session. We love the tree lined orchard because it fit in with the natural greens and peaches. The “bride” wanted the Rent The Runway dress and we loved the lace detail in the dress so we combined the theme of peach and lace. This session is meant to inspire brides who love soft light natural colors and outdoor elegance. Gilcrease Orchard was a pick because we have no green in Las Vegas unless you go to a golf course, so for all of our brides we wanted to show there are other options that are great for the simple elegant bride.
We had amazing vendors who instantly saw the vision. The florist wrapped burlap and lace with a key on the bouquet and on the boutonniere wrapped lace and burlap with a key hole, a small but perfect detail. The vintage rental company provided table clothes and decor that matched a farm like wedding, but also gave a touch of elegance with the vintage silver accents. She Paperie + Design Boutique gave a unique idea for a place setting by placing a pin with the name card into a peach at each table setting.
On the Venue: Gilcrease Orchard was founded in the 1920’s in Las Vegas, Nevada. While they offer a diverse choice of fruits and vegetables that you can select and pick yourself, the orchard is known for it’s delicious signature apple cider. The cider’s naturally sweet, robust flavor comes from the variety of apples they grow right there in the orchard, including gala, yellow gala, an early red variety and a touch of Granny Smith to temper the sweetness.
