From Isari Flower Studio: Cuba is a rich exotic country full of beauty and culture with artists, writers, musicians. It is a community that has stood still for several decades, a charming country full of naturally crumbling beauty with splendid Colonial Architectures gracefully aged vehicles that are classic and iconic, a lifestyle that surrounded its old world tradition. Upon returning from a trip to Havana, Cuba the photographer, Suzanne of She Wanders Photography, was so touched by it’s magical scene, that she was inspired to do something more with her photos.
The beauty of old Havana
She Wanders shared her images with Tam of Isari Flower Studio and the two dreamed up a spring collaboration – one that celebrated the architectural beauty of old Havana and the organic colors of spring time flowers. Together Tam and Suzanne layered pretty spring flowers to add dimension to the scenic images. Calligrapher Design by Laney put the final touches on the collaboration with coordinating watercolor swatches and hand-lettered labels. The haunting images evoke an awaking of soul that leaves you longing to visit Cuba; reminiscing of the fine culture with it’s inspiring music scene from the Buena Vista Social Club’s soulful beat playing in the distance. Havana – such an inspirational city.
