Summer vibes
From Jessica Bradford Photography: As music and art lovers, we love everything about Summer Music festivals. The colors, the love, the fashion, the party, the wild and free spirit- all of it. We were inspired by festivals such as Bonnaroo, Coachella, and our own local festival, Forecastle. We wanted to inspire the couples who connect with the happy, summer vibes and bring some of those feelings into their own wedding day.
Fluttering butterflies
Foxhollow Farm was the perfect setting on this summer night for our happy summer shoot. They host a Summer Sunset concert series that is so much fun. The floral work by Hazelfield Farms was beyond amazing. Real, live butterflies (caught from their organic farm that day) danced and fluttered in our centerpieces.
Ina & Marcella styled our table and the event so beautifully just from our conversations about my inspiration for the session. The farm table is handmade by the wonderful local creatives at Louisville Farm Table.
Bright & colorful cake
The cake, made by Ashley’s Sweet Treats, was a cinnamon vanilla cake with cinnamon buttercream, finished with watercolor fondant, and floral details added by Hazelfield Farms. Bright, colorful, and fits perfectly with our fun “Foreva-Eva” cake topper by The Roc Shop.
