Candace’s love for photography started at a young age. Her father who was lovingly called “chief kodak” and could see the beauty in the special moments of her family. When she was a senior in high school she expressed interest in photography and her father was ecstatic! He bought her her first (film) camera and lens set and she started taking tons of pictures of her favorite subjects (her family) and branched out from there. Elegant Images formed and she has been shooting weddings for almost 14 years and she truly loves it. She loves the variety and personality that comes through all the details of a wedding and she loves the unique love stories that she has the opportunity to capture.
