Katie & Jacob’s wedding was classic and timeless, set in one of Austin’s newest wedding venues, The Arlo! With a white and ivory color palette with gold accents, it’s impossible not to be inspired by this wedding’s modern elegance and thoughtfully crafted details. We seriously couldn’t get over the blush-tinged linens that mirrored the swagged fabric draping on the walls.

Every detail of the day complemented the bride’s romantic, strapless ballgown
For her big day, Katie wore a strapless white gown with a sweetheart neckline and fluffy horsehair skirt that she found at Blush Bridal Lounge. She complemented her bridal look with pearl earrings that had just a touch of sparkle to them and a handtied white bridal bouquet from Flora Fetish.
They filled this timeless, “blank canvas” ceremony space with stunning white orchids
The ceremony took place in one of The Arlo’s ballrooms with a golden circle arch at the altar at a centerpiece and sheer white draping as the backdrop. After the newlyweds tied the knot, guests were ushered into the adjacent ballroom for the reception, where blush-covered guest tables with white orchid floral arrangements greeted them. The walls were impeccably swathed in airy fabric draping by Unique Design & Events and the stage was set for the Dry Water Band with a faux greenery stage backdrop, mirrored façade, and the newlyweds’ last name in neon lights.

Everything about the design was custom, from the bar-front to the fashion sketches!
Following the delicious dinner by Crave Catering, Katie & Jacob shared their first dance on a custom white dance floor with romantic twinkle lights overhead, provided by Austin Event Lighting. Guests were then treated to amazing custom fashion sketches by Vogue Vignette as their guest favors before Katie & Jacob ended the night with a final kiss, surrounded by their family and friends holding glowing sparklers. At that point, 4 Leaf Limo whisked them away in wedded bliss!
