From Joy Michelle Photography: Who says gritty and industrial can’t still be romantic? When dreaming up this styled shoot, our first and foremost goal was to show how unexpected and industrial spaces can still be romantic and bring an off-beat vibe to a wedding day. Corradetti GlassBlowing Studio in Baltimore was the perfect location for our styled shoot!
The day was styled by Katie From Rose Gold Events. With a flowing sea foam green and blue tulle gown by designer Dream & Dress, we were inspired to juxtapose softer floral elements with a grittier, industrial environment and touches of marble within the cake and stationery.
Flowers for An Industrial Wedding
Joy from Joy Michelle Photography beautifully captured the details and textures of the day in her fine art photography style. We went all out on florals and candles. Kelly, from Petals by the Shore, designed the most epic ceremony arch. She incorporated greenery, cinder blocks, and cherry blossoms into her work. It was absolutely beautiful and gave a beautiful focal piece for the room.
The unexpected pops of color in the dress, vintage ring (by Trumpet & Horn) as well as the glass hanging throughout the studio space really breaks up the room and makes this shoot refreshing and different.
