Industrial Romance Wedding Ideas at Events on Jackson in Arizona

Cocktail bar at Events On Jackson

If you love the look and feel of a historic venue with vintage brick walls, authentic barn board and exposed ceiling trusses, then you would fall head over heels in love with the modern space at Events on Jackson in Phoenix, Arizona. This charming venue used to be produce warehouse, and has since been remodeled into an airy event space perfect for weddings big and small.

For this wedding inspiration, they amped up the romance with a mix of modern, industrial and vintage decor while incorporating the 5Cs of Arizona: citrus, climate, cotton, copper and cattle. The end result? A warm and inviting atmosphere beaming with romance. Read more about this cool space below, and see the entire shoot in the full gallery from Mindy DeLuca Photography.

Highlighting The 5Cs of Arizona

From Events on Jackson: When thinking about this collaborative photoshoot, we knew we wanted to focus on our building's rich history, the perfect compliment seemed to naturally be highlighting the 5Cs of Arizona (citrus, climate, cotton, copper and cattle) and twisting them into a romantic wedding that was absolutely on trend with what we are seeing in weddings today.

Industrial chic ceremony

We started with the ceremony site. The ceremony was set up in one of our historic warehouse areas that was transformed by illuminating the area with hundreds of candles leading up to a vintage window pane simply decorated with a floral wreath and flanked by cinder blocks with simple florals of locally sourced flowers, cotton blossoms, citrus leaves, and succulents. Guests seating were simple grey colored metal chairs that blended well with the brick and simple rustic charm of the ceremony site.

Delicious cocktail hour

Cocktail hour was presented in the promenade where an industrial bar set of wood and metal was perfectly at home in the warehouse. The bar boasted gorgeous hand made mule cups and vintage rose glassware. Here the guests could choose between AZ mules, that were garnished with beef jerky and orange peel or delight in a frothy citrus cocktail. We had a comfortable couch vignette perfect for a quiet conversation during the reception as well as custom made wood cocktail tables placed as places to gather.

Gorgeous reception space

The main reception was in our large Flint-Jack ballroom. The sweetheart table was centered between two of our large glass paned garage doors that open up to our beautiful courtyard and was the perfect focal point for our newly married bride and groom. They sat under a beautiful arch that was adorned with beautiful florals and featured hand written vows from Corinthians 13:4-8 above their seats. Each guest table was a large white washed farm table, decorated with florals featuring the citrus leaves, cotton blossoms, locally sourced flowers and succulents in beautiful copper vessels as well as copper fitting candle holders with wine hued taper candles, votives, blush linens, copper flatware and rustic dinnerware.
