Ingredients
4 oz Prosecco
2 oz Elderflower Rose Lemonade Rock Candy stick for garnish Directions We will start w out with a New Year Pink Lemonade Champagne Cocktail (how cute is that name)? Pour Elderflower Rose Lemonade into the bottom of the champagne glass, followed by Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with a rock candy stick. Cheers!

elderflower thyme champagne cocktail

Ingredients
4 oz Prosecco

1 Tablespoon of Elderflower Cordial 1 Spring of thyme
1 Pear slice for garnish Directions Press a small sprig of thyme into the bottom of the Champagne glass with a wooden spoon or muddler to release the oils. Pour the Elderflower Cordial over it, followed by the  Prosecco. Stir gently and add a sprig of thyme. Garnish rim with a pear slice. Cheers!
