Elegant bride and groom portrait in rustic setting

With marriage begins the creation of a new family and a new home. Meshing your lives together while staying true to your past. Shandro Photo and Event Planning Headquarters took this idea and created an inspirational photo shoot by combining family heirlooms and vintage elements to illustrate the beauty of creating a home. All captured in a home under construction, just like your new marriage.  To see all the photos be sure to visit the entire gallery by clicking here.
You could definitely take ideas from this inspirational shoot for your wedding, retro engagement ideas or for a fun love photo shoot at your new home.

From Shandro Photo

We literally cooked an entire turkey dinner for the shoot – and the liquor bottles contain authentic vintage alcohol. We raided my grandmother’s house for quite a few of the accents in the shoot (including the chandelier, candlesticks, and bar), I was actually quite inspired by what I found in her house. Other brides could certainly do the same to incorporate their family history into their wedding planning.
