Meet You Are Raven
I didn’t go in looking for photography, and I sure didn’t expect to fall in love with photography while I was there, but that’s how love works, isn’t it? You see something or someone from across the room, and you fall mad, you fall hard, and you don’t rely on anything but your gut. It’s wild and liberating, and you wouldn’t have it any other way.
I certainly feel that way about taking photographs, but I bet you know that feeling, too. I bet there have been times when you’ve trusted your heart cells as much as your brain cells. I bet you know a little something about instinct, about being true to your nature, and about falling in gorgeous, primal, unapologetic love. I bet you also fight the idea of being “put in a box” the same way a cat fights a cat carrier.

I love the sophisticated and untamed creatures of the world, and I have a real knack for using my camera to coax out the best in them. No fences, boxes, or leashes here – just a little trust, a big smile, and an invitation for you to be your wonderfully undomesticated selves.
