The Vision: Draped In Elegance & History
Set at Bastide du Castellas, ideally located between the sea and the mountains in Saint-Raphaël, Eleonor and William’s wedding was an intimate and deeply emotional celebration, where every detail was thoughtfully designed by L’atelier Wedding to reflect their vision. Surrounded by a small circle of their closest loved ones, the couple imagined a day that felt both refined and effortless. The natural beauty of the South of France created a soft and luminous backdrop, allowing each moment to unfold with sincerity and ease. One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the ceremony, held in the bastide’s library, an intimate and character-filled space chosen as a subtle nod to the couple’s shared love of literature. Surrounded by books and warm textures, the setting created a deeply personal and emotional atmosphere, where every word carried even more significance.

Florals by Le Jardin Secret enhanced this vision with an organic and poetic approach. Designed in soft, romantic tones with seasonal textures, the arrangements blended seamlessly with the draped elements, adding depth while maintaining a feeling of lightness and natural elegance. Throughout the celebration, a sense of intimacy and authenticity prevailed. From the heartfelt ceremony to the quiet, joy-filled moments shared around the table, every instant reflected genuine connection. This was not a wedding defined by grandeur but by meaning, where every detail had purpose and where simplicity became the ultimate form of elegance. This wedding is a true reflection of refined aesthetics and emotion, set in one of the most enchanting landscapes of the French Riviera, where sea and mountains meet.

On Trend: Draping

A key element of the wedding design was the bride’s desire to incorporate draping throughout the décor. Flowing fabrics were delicately integrated into the space, bringing movement, softness, and a sense of understated sophistication. This artistic direction created a cohesive atmosphere, where textures and light played an essential role in shaping the overall aesthetic.
Getting Ready

In the beautifully appointed bridal suite, the bride lounged in a silk chiffon robe as she began preparations for the big day. The ivory of her robe popped against the bold red toile wallpaper.

The Fashion

The bride chose a ceremony dress that was thoughtfully aligned with the overall design of the wedding. With fluid lines and refined details, the gown echoed the draped décor, creating a harmonious and immersive visual experience. The silhouette felt both modern and timeless, perfectly complementing the setting and the emotional tone of the day.

The Cake

The simple, three-tiered wedding cake was given its very own vignette, with pearl-studded linens and candlelight. Decorated in draped fondant and gilded letters, the confection was the perfect end to the perfect day.
