Francesco wore an all-black suit with his hair styled in a chic bun.

Barbara wore a Pronovias gown with a skirt that flowed to the ground, an embroidered bodice with a high-neckline, and a low back style.
Bouquet inspo: wonderfully wild
To complement this style, Barbara carried a modest-sized bouquet that was wonderfully wild and natural in its arrangement with strands of amaranthus gently cascading from one side.
Ceremony feature: long white drapes
Fabrics played a key role throughout the day. Long white drapes flowed from the Nymphaeum of Il Cerretino, crossing the area where the symbolic ceremony was held.
An explosive “I do” moment
To end their ceremony, the couple featured an explosion of light blue and white that delighted guests and made for an absolutely epic photo opportunity.
On trend: a tower of spritzes
During cocktail hour, guests had the option of selecting a variety of spritzes from an ombre tower surrounded by elegant crystal glassware.
Design inspo: private & cozy backyard
For the reception, Consuelo Wedding Planner transformed the well garden at Villa Il Cerretino into a pace that felt like their own backyard. To create the atmosphere of warmth, closeness, and natural ease that the couple desired, they worked on making this stunning venue – a Medici family estate dating back to the 14th century – feel like a welcoming garden for the guests. The event team transported and placed eight olive trees on the lawn and lit the space with beams of light radiating from a central pole adorned with rattan chandeliers.
Light and airy centerpiece design
Arrangements of hydrangeas, delphiniums, cockscombs, amaranthus, hemlock flowers, and anthuriums decorated the bare wooden tables, delicately laid with strips of fabric running across a mix of imperial and round tables. The sense of natural beauty created by the table mix, the lighting, and the floral compositions enriched with olive trees, was also reflected in the bride’s bouquet earlier in the day.
Millefoglie & fireworks
Instead of opting for a traditional wedding cake, instead the newlyweds chose a stunning millefoglie cake that captured the essence of simplicity and authenticity. As they cut into the flaky layers, the sky lit up with an incredible fireworks display courtesy of Fuochi Show.
On trend: live painted portraits
At the end of the event, after singing and dancing thanks to a live band that played throughout dinner, guests also had the chance to enjoy a live painting experience, taking home a stylized portrait by Edoardo Nardin as a keepsake.
