Kayleigh and Cameron met through Tinder in January 2019 while both living in Scotland and quickly became inseparable. After a few years of going to gigs, exploring Scotland and other places, and generally loving the life they were building together, they decided to move to Cameron’s homeland of Perth, Western Australia. Before moving to Australia, however, they had a going-away party, and during the speech Cameron asked if the party could be “doubled up” as an engagement party – the cheer from their family and friends at that moment will forever be a core memory to them! When the couple started to think about what their perfect wedding would be like, they couldn’t shake the feeling that a ‘traditional’ wedding just wasn’t it, so Kayleigh and Cameron decided to do things their way and elope in Las Vegas with JamieY Photography. The best part? They’ve kept this secret from everyone (nobody even knew they were leaving the country, never mind travelling from Australia to USA) and they can’t wait to announce it!

Classic Vegas bridal style
Kayleigh leaned into Vegas bride style goals with a classic off-the-shoulder satin mini and showstopping Hollywood waves by Meg De La Cruz Hair.

Elopement vibes: kitschy meets luxury
The goal for Kayleigh and Cameron was to make their elopement equal parts kitschy and luxury with timeless Vegas classics mixed with plenty of party moments thanks to Rock N Romance Elopements and a gorgeous bouquet by Amy Wong Events.

Going to the (little white) chapel
It rained for most of the day, but the couple took it in stride and joked that they’d brought the rain from Scotland with them for their ceremony at Little White Chapel!

Extra, extra elopement announcement
To announce their elopement to family and friends, Kayleigh and Cameron created a newspaper-style announcement that included nods to their incredible vendors and honeymoon plans. The newspaper style definitely made for some unforgettable photos too!

It’s not a party without pizza and champagne
To celebrate their elopement, the newlyweds got pizza and sprayed champagne, in true Vegas fashion.
