A color palette inspired by Italian tile
So many of the details of Melissa and Marc’s day were directly inspired by the beautiful colors highlighted in Amalfi Italian tile and architecture. The couple found the perfect balance of using muted coastal colors, while also knowing precisely when to incorporate whites and creams that would highlight the natural elements of the venue and view instead.

Modern details for a traditional ceremony
For their ceremony, the couple selected a nearby cathedral in town. Melissa wore a fitted lace gown from Ivoire Collection by Zavana Couture detailed in organic-inspired floral applique, set atop a champagne-colored lining. She kept her look simple with a bridal ponytail courtesy of Alessandro Mancino, sparkling earrings, and a veil covered in pearls and crystals.
A cobblestone street procession
Afterward, the couple led a procession by foot through cobblestone streets as they joyfully made their way back to the venue. Set in July, Villa Eva was in full bloom with local flora, as the Liberty-style villa showed off its panoramic views overlooking the sea. Floral arrangements by Amalfi Coast Florist worked alongside the blossoming property and were even set along the stone walkways.
Timeless villa garden reception ideas
Their reception was hosted in the garden, set with string lights and breezy linens to create an open-air canopy above the tables. Pink, peach, yellow, and light blue flowers created happy bouquets, set alongside pastel-colored taper candles. This soft color palette added to an even softer ambiance, as tender florals, colorful bowls of fruit, and the gentle lighting of sunset made for a truly heavenly evening.
