Bridgerton romance met The Secret Garden whimsy at a Chicago estate

Share

flowy tent for garden wedding

Maggie and Ramsey met at college at the University of Missouri, fondly know as Mizzou! Ramsey and Maggie were set up for Ramsey’s fraternity formal by a mutual friend who ultimately became one of Maggie’s bridesmaids. For the proposal, Ramsey booked a NYE weekend trip at an Airbnb cabin in Minnesota called the “Off Grid Inn.” He planned the weekend just for the two of them, but of course couldn’t leave their Cavalier King Charles, Basil, at home! When the 3 went on a beautiful, snowy hike, Ramsey stopped the group at a waterfall where he proposed. The couple’s wedding vision was a garden party, and boy did they deliver! Bridgerton met The Secret Garden with romantic details, whimsy, colorful pastels, delicate flowers, and a fairytale vibe.
