Meeting for the first time in downtown Sanford for the engagement session of the lovely Vanessa and Shell, Michelle and I knew right away it was going to be a good client/photographer relationship! This outgoing, (photographer’s love this) and amazingly awesome couple, (couples love that) are having a vintage themed wedding and arrived with guitars, picture frames, and more vintage props for their session. After grabbing a bite to eat and having a get to know you better meeting, we headed out the door of Two Shrimp and a Barbie to rock the streets of downtown Sanford. Immediatley, the young couple was drawn to a vintage antique store so we followed with cameras at the hip just waiting for the opportunity for a shot. Around every corner was something amazingly cool and vintage that seemed to just fit these two so we started snapping away! It was like this the entire afternoon, from when they stopped for ice cream, to trying out a couple of really cool, vintage retro bicycles, to when they wanted to dance by the lake! It all just defined who they are and it is apparent why the wedding is themed to be vintage style.
