Just wait until you see the gorgeous minimalist space this sweet IRL couple said “I do”, and the reception is no shabby event either. We loved the way classic meets modern and industrial meets organic in this jaw-dropping wedding in Alabama!

This beautiful event started with Kelsey and her girls getting ready at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama. We then went to the bride’s gorgeous personal home for portraits. The setting was dreamlike. We took a trolley to The Theodore in Birmingham, Alabama for the ceremony and reception. The way the planner decorated the space with the prettiest greens and whites was perfect! The florals going up the wall at the ceremony entrance was one to remember!

Kelsey and Anthony’s August ceremony and seated dinner reception were absolutely breathtaking! It was very important to the couple to have their ceremony and reception in the same place. The venue, with lovely brick walls and an open, light-filled space, was essentially a blank slate that was transformed into a romantic garden party. Unique floral installments and drapery treatments softened the space and created interest. One of our favorite design elements was the growing floral garden that draped over the ceremony entrance
As most of our couples do, Anthony and Kelsey danced the night away with guests of all ages thanks to Azz Izz Band. It was certainly a celebration to remember. Kelsey brought back the old tradition of changing into a cute departure outfit.
