When it came to planning their chic destination wedding, Lindsay and Mark put most of the planning details in the hands of the talented folks at Bliss Events who went above and beyond to make their wedding dreams a reality at the beautiful Acre Baja in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
We’ve seen this gorgeous venue before but it still takes our breath away each and every time. From the bride
Acre is so beautiful that you don’t need much more aesthetic. I trolled Acre’s, Bliss Events And other Local wedding planner’s Instagram pages to find inspiration. It turned out to be a very romantic theme, which is ironic because I would not consider ourselves Romantics. We both love humor! We got a sneak peek at the reception area before our guests arrived and it took my breath away. The Bliss Events team nailed it!
The planning process
Easy. So many of my friends would tell me I didn’t seem stressed and I really wasn’t. Bonnie and her team knew the venue and the hotel so well. She works behind the scenes so you don’t get stressed and comes up with solutions to every problem. She also selected the DJ, Florist and Transportation, which made my life easier. The less options, the better!
Memorable moments
I put Mark’s ring on the wrong hand, for one! My mom and aunts danced around me like the ya-ya sisterhood, I got a LOT of lap dances and the men were dancing shirtless by the end of the night. It was a party! There were other memorable moments throughout the weekend, but I really can’t share those publicly 😉
