Dressed to Surprise
From Kate Supa: I met Courtney and Kyle last summer and from the second I walked in to that Port City Java I knew their wedding here in Wilmington was going to be ahhhhmazingggggg! And that is an understatement. Courtney was seriously gorgeous from the second I got to the Country Club of Landfall, even before she got her hair and makeup done. She was so calm but SO ready to marry that cute husband of hers. Courtney hadn’t even shown her dress to her bridesmaids yet so needless to say there were a lot of tears from her sweet friends.
The Perfect Day
From Joanna August: Courtney and Kyle’s wedding was romantic and airy, and you can feel the happiness radiating through the amazing photos from Kate Supa Photography! The Country Club of Landfall was the perfect backdrop for a classic outdoor ceremony, with views overlooking the golf course.
Courtney’s 11 bridesmaids looked stunning in mix and match Joanna August dresses, and the silvery grey hue paired perfectly with white and blush bouquets! Live string music played in the background while Courtney and Kyle exchanged vows, and continued into the outdoor cocktail hour.
Cake Kissing instead of Cake Cutting
Afterwards, guests headed inside for a beautiful and airy ballroom reception, complete with blush and pink blooms and calligraphy details. The cake was one for the books – A classic layered look topped with saturated pink blooms that made such a pretty impact.
