What the world needs now is a little inspiration and a whole lotta beauty and did this shoot deliver, or what?! Son Marroig is one of the most coveted venues in Mallorca and it’s easy to see why. With the stunning architecture and unrivaled views, any couple would be lucky to get married in such a scenic location! And, if the venue wasn’t dreamy enough, this team went above and beyond to create a wonderland fit for a princess and these models are certainly dressed the part with gleaming crystal tiaras coupled with over-the-top tulle ballgowns.
Marian Clavel was determined to bring a fairytale to life and shed a little light on these dark times. Son Marroig looks like a castle hovering in the clouds and was the perfect venue for this whimsical inspiration! En Esencia Decora certainly had their work cut out for them when designing the florals for this shoot, but somehow, they managed to make the perfect venue even more magical. Making sure not to miss out on a single piece of the spectacular view, Miguel Arranz was able to capture this shoot from every angle. Cant’ get enough? A RETURN TO CLASSIC
Romantic and classic weddings are back in the Mediterranean. In recent years, boho or boho-chic weddings have become more popular, but it is a fact–classic brides are back! We wanted to reflect this in one of the most spectacular places of Mallorca, Son Marroig. Due to the pandemic, a lot of couples decided to elope instead of hosting a crowded wedding. For that reason, we thought that having an elopement shoot could be a nice idea.
MAKING MAGIC
The shoot took place in Son Marroig, an amazing venue in Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca. It’s one of the most in-demand venues to host destination weddings here in Mallorca due to the amazing sea views and the temple structure of Carrara marble. The idea was to translate how an intimate wedding can take place in Son Marroig surrounded by our most confident suppliers. The shoot was designed and inspired by fairytales, princesses, and magic in a unique environment.
