The goal of this next shoot was all about finding the perfect balance between relaxed vibes and chic styling, and did they nail it? We think so! Rachel Stelter Photography captured all the style magic that happened at The Ruby Street in LA, and with an amazing team of vendors to bring it all together, you’re in for a real treat.
The vendors went all out with bright, happy hues, amazing tropical florals from Royal Bee Flower Co., and a hip 70s vibe that we LOVE. Seriously, how perfect does the bride look in her plunging Alexandra Grecco gown and those gorgeous Supernova earrings from Jules Smith?! Oh, and just wait till you see the cake table below! This vibrant, upbeat styled shoot took place at The Ruby Street in Los Angeles, where the lawn provided carefree, backyard vibes. Inspired by the 70’s, we put a chic tropical spin on this with a warm color palette of coral, pinks, oranges, and gold, and subtle hints of light aqua. Gold accents were carried throughout; from the geo detail on the cake, to the bride’s jewelry, and hints of gold-painted leaves within the floral arrangements.

The goal for this shoot was to show a perfect balance between relaxed vibes, and chic style. Non-traditional bridal jewelry included some super fun Supernova earrings from Jules Smith and a “LOVE” bracelet. The clean lines and plunging neckline of the bride’s Alexandra Grecco Iris gown were complimented by a high ponytail — all in the name of simple, effortless beauty.
the reception
Vibrant florals made a statement, while more delicate hanging garlands added a soft touch. For the reception, we opted for a hanging arrangement as the main focal point, instead of traditional tabletop vases. The bar featured custom cocktails and easy-but-festive citrus and lime decor. On the dessert table, placed below the venue’s unique geometric mirror, cake pops and chocolate covered strawberries provided a finger-food friendly option in addition to the cake.
