Of all the classic Disney princesses, Belle is a personal favorite. She always seemed to see the world a little differently than those around her, she saw an inner beauty in everyone (well, maybe not Gaston, but he was evil). The theme is “organic beauty and the beast.” There are subtle hints from Beauty and the Beast such as the roses and books in the tablescape (Belle loved reading and a red rose was very important in the movie), the shoes, the color palette, the teapot, the FOOD (SO YUM!), the dessert, the couple who modeled for us (they’ve been married 8 years!), the venue, the carved wood on the fireplace…Literally, everything in this shoot was made to hint at Beauty and the Beast without being a Disney explosion.
