Fairytale Pursuits
Saying yes to the proposal is the easy decision that marks the beginning of a lifelong romantic adventure. Choosing gorgeous ocean views for the backdrop where you say your vows is the easy decision that kicks off your wedding planning, and this salt air wedding did not disappoint.
The Inspiration
Going against the traditional blues and beiges of a beach wedding and inspired by trending metallics, rose gold accented every part of the romantic design by Fairytale Pursuits, captured beautifully by Anna Taylor Photography. The luxurious decor featured metallic chairs, a terrarium chandelier, place cards made of capiz shells, and gray accents that carried over into the lounge area, while the vow-inscribed cake held its place on a swing hanging from the rafters.
A 3-course meal was served complete with shooters and a rosé wine and finished off with a donut wall for dessert.
The Style
Grace was the perfect beach bride, wearing a flowing gown and a loose braid in her hair, and carrying a lush bouquet, while the groom, Forrest, donned a beach gray suit. The two shared a few romantic moments with their toes in the sand before celebrating their I Do’s on the boardwalk under a watercolor sunset that perfectly matched their rose color palette.
The perfectly curated night ended in a candlelight glow and the sound of ocean waves and turned out better than could have ever been imagined.
