From Map+ Compass Photography: I’ve found a growing trend with my adventurous and unconventional couples as they contemplate or choose to do day-after shoots! These couples are planning small and intimate weddings, set in beautiful and picturesque locations. They want to enjoy their day surrounded by close friends and family, while also capturing the location of their day that is near and dear to their heart.
Why plan a day-after shoot?
What better way to do that then the day-after your wedding, in a relaxed and laid back atmosphere? Day-after sessions allow the couple to put their attire back on, hike to meaningful places and capture their love during the most perfect time of day. There’s a certain calmness and joy that can be captured the day-after vows are exchanged.
